1 Do you ship to my country?
We can deliver to almost most countries in Europe.

 

2 How much does shipping cost?
Usually you can enjoy free shipping, but there are some areas need to pay another shipping fee, specific to the actual order to pay prevail!

 

3 How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Usually within 7 working days, there will be a delay of 48-72 hours during certain holidays.

5 What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at info@basicsdaily.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
